  • Raw Material Selection — We source only premium-grade stainless steel meeting international standards for hardness, corrosion resistance, and longevity. 
  • Precision Forging & Cutting — Each instrument is forged and cut to exact specifications using modern machinery operated by our experienced craftsmen.
  • Grinding & Shaping — Instruments are carefully ground & shaped to achieve the precise profiles required for each veterinary application, from hoof nippers & castration emasculators to dehorners & bull rings.
  • Heat Treatment — Selected instruments undergo heat treatment to enhance hardness and strength, significantly extending service life.
  • Polishing & Finishing — Every instrument is polished to a professional finish, ensuring clean non-porous surfaces that resist contamination, support hygiene standards, and present a professional appearance.
  • Hand Inspection & Quality Check — Each piece is inspected individually by hand before packing. Our QC team checks alignment, sharpness, mechanical function, surface finish, & overall build quality.
  • Export Packing & Dispatch — Approved instruments are carefully packed to international export standards, protecting them in transit and ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Full documentation is prepared for smooth customs clearance in all our export markets.
